WFTDA Announcement!!
After many months as an apprentice league, it has finally been announced that RSRD is now the newest full member of the Womans Flat Track Derby Association! We would like to thank the efforts for all the people that have dedicated their time and love to help the Red Stick team earn its place with WFTDA.

DIG – Baton Rouge Uncovered
DIG Magazine’s Emily Nemens writes “Belle on Wheels – Baton Rouge’s burgeoning Roller Derby team goes for the gold”. This weekend, one group of local athletes won’t be watching the LSU/Alabama game. Instead, they’ll be competing for a title of their own. A caravan of women that includes a librarian, moms, a public defender, nurses, students, and a microbiologist will travel from Baton Rouge to Gulfport, Mississippi. 25th Annual Take Back The Night Candellight March
